Cancellation policy for our holiday apartments

We want your stay with us to be unforgettable!** Please note our cancellation policy to avoid any misunderstandings.

1. Cancellation deadlines

- Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before arrival.

- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.

- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total price will be charged.

- 6 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged.

2. Changes to the booking

- Rebookings: Changes to your booking (e.g., date or number of people) are possible depending on availability. Please contact us in good time.

- No refunds: In the event of changes that result in a reduction of overnight stays, the above cancellation conditions apply.

3. Insurance

- Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events.
